Welcome to the Catholic Community of Southeast Colorado.
Our community comprises four churches that are part of three parishes in Prowers and Baca counties. St. Francis de Sales/Our Lady of Guadalupe in Lamar serves as the central office and home to the pastoral staff. The St. Frances of Rome Parish includes St. Frances of Rome in Holly and it’s mission St. Mary in Bristol. Our Lady of Annunciation in Springfield is the only Catholic Church in Baca County.
We are one Catholic Community with four unique identities. Fr. Stephen Olamolu and Fr. Mariusz Wirkowski serve all four churches on a rotating basis. Each Parish has their own Parish Council.
